Returns and Refunds
FAULTY ITEMS Biker Parts Direct is pleased to offer an exchange, replacement, or refund on any faulty item, within a reasonable period of time** of the original purchase date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
* Faulty: This does not include fair wear & tear or deliberate misuse. This is at Biker Parts Direct’s discretion.
** Normally a reasonable period is 12 months, though this is at Biker Parts Direct’s discretion.
Any goods returned undelivered, or any customers wishing to return goods for reasons other than the item being faulty or errors made by Biker Parts Direct will be subject to a 2% handling and restocking charge which will be deducted from any refund. Any original postage and packaging charge cannot be refunded.
The customer will be liable for return postage costs. Biker Parts Direct can arrange collection of items for a fee (Mainland UK only). No items for return can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement.
